1-to-1 Gift Token

The Small Print...

The gift token entitles the recipient to either a half or full day 1-to-1 photo tuition session with David Ward. Additional expenses (e.g. travel, accommodation and subsistence) will be charged on top.
 
Duration:

Vouchers are valid indefinitely.

Voucher Delivery:

E-vouchers will be emailed to you free of charge to the email address provided.

Voucher redemption:

The gift tokens may be used to book a 1-to-1 tuition session. The recipient must email a request (quoting the 6 digit voucher number) in order to book a time and date. I will advise whether the preferred date is available and if not arrange an alternative mutually convenient booking.
 
The voucher will only be regarded as redeemed once you have received email confirmation of the booking from David Ward Photos.

Refunds:

Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the product purchased – for example where a £650 voucher is used to purchase two £450 1/2 day sessions.

Product Availability:

David Ward Photos cannot guarantee at the time of purchase whether a space will be available for the preferred date. It is recommended that the recipient book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Transfer:
 
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation of 1-to-1 Session:

In the unlikely event that I am forced to cancel an already booked 1-to-1 session I will arrange a mutually acceptable alternative time and date.

No cash refunds shall be given.
